ChloéJ demonstrated her passion for acting and singing at the very early age of 2. Her parents recognized her desire to be a performer and her training began. By the age of 5, Chloe was taking various acting, modeling and voice classes. In 1st grade, ChloéJ performed in the school talent show and sang, “New York, New York.” As a result of that event, Chloe became well known as, “The Kid in a Small Body with a Big Voice!” From then on, ChloéJ has been involved in many theatrical plays, talent shows, singing competitions (winning 2 gold medals) and she has devoted much time to singing in convalescent homes.

By the age of 10, ChloéJ received the 2005 Broadway Award and achieved the Beginning Voice study certificate from ASCAP. At 11 years old, ChloéJ made her singing debut at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles as the opening act for Gary Valenciano’s concert, which drew over 2,500 fans. In 2006, ChloéJ was also featured in the “Doe Boy Fresh” music video by Three 6 Mafia featuring Chamillionaire. In March 2007, ChloéJ received two awards from The Jazzone and The Studio of Music (“On-Stage Performance 2007 & “Most Outstanding Pop Voice 2007”).

ChloéJ has played the lead role in many theatrical performances, including Laurey in “Oklahoma” and Sarah Brown in “Guys & Dolls.” ChloéJ was the lead actress in a Girl Scout commercial and has played the lead and supporting roles in various film projects. Chloe starred in “The Road to Asylum,” an independent film under the 168 Film Project which was nominated “Best Children’s Film.”

Even with her hectic schedule during the school year, ChloéJ maintains a grade point average of 3.90. Because of her diligent work ethic and her general fun and friendly attitude, ChloéJ received the “Joy Award” (voted by her teachers) and the “Citizen Award” (voted by her peers) for the 2006-2007 school year.

At 12 years of age, ChloéJ recorded seven original songs as a solo artist. She opened a music myspace last July 2007 which quickly grew attention. The unique tone in her voice, especially at her age, captivated fans and producers alike. She has acquired over 31,000 friends on mysapce and has a great fan base that supports her through her career.

On October 21, 2007, ChloéJ was chosen as the Artist of the Week at Hitquarters.com, a worldwide A&R music directory. She was also selected as Songwriter of the Month for November 2007 for her song, “Nobody.” Hitquarters.com wrote, “ChloéJ is 12 years old. Does that mean that she sings like a 12 year old - hell no. Be sure to listen to this little wonder before she is discovered by the rest of the world.” On October 25, 2007, ChloéJ returned to her hometown to participate in a live Channel 10 San Diego Telethon, during which she announced that a percentage of her music sales would be donated to the San Diego Red Cross to assist in the San Diego wildfire relief efforts.

On June 2008, ChloéJ was nominated and won the “Top 24 Myspace Artist of the Month”. She is eligible to compete with 12 other artist and become the “Myspace Artist of the Year” for 2008. This myspace page is designed to put the artists out there for the people of myspace to hear their music and pick their favorite artist.

Currently, at just 13 years old, ChloéJ is a regular performer with two school touring groups (P.A.C.E. & ACTIVE School Tours). She performs weekly at Middle & High Schools and other venues throughout the Los Angeles area, using her singing talent to encourage young people to commit to their education. She performs to an average of 180,000 students a year. Chloe is currently taking advanced acting classes with Gary Spatz’s Young Actors’ Conservatory and voice lessons with Billy Purnell. To perfect her craft, she is also taking dance classes, piano, and lyrics writing. All of this while still maintaining a stellar grade point average.

On October 1, 2008, ChloéJ was one of the lead singers to sing, “We Are the World”, at the World Music Tribute to the Humanitarian Works of Quincy Jones. Many global dialects were represented in the performance of “We Are the World” along with the Pilgrim Choir, and ChloéJ represented her musical verse in Spanish. Then at the end of the evening, she attended the Red Carpet event with Runway Magazine and the tribute to Quincy Jones after party.

On October 10,2008, ChloéJ was the main feature performer at the “All About Youth Day” event in El Cajon. This was a non-profit event for the community promoted by National Health Care who promotes wellness to people whom might otherwise go without care. ChloéJ meet and greet with the kids of the community, singed autographs, took pictures, and rocked the house with her performance along with her back up dancers.

Just recently, ChloéJ has been chosen to be one of the hosts for All Star Planet. ASP is a new web talent contest for kids who are encourage to support causes and make this world a better planet to grow up on. ASP is sponsored by KEWL Magazine and will have a national presence. Since being part of All Star Planet, ChloéJ created and custom designed the new logo for All Star Planet.

ChloéJust finished recording 3 new tracks which were produced by a “Platinum Producer.” She was able to get involved in co-writing the lyrics. She is yet to finish her current project by completing the VPK (Video Press Kit) for presentation to major record labels.

ChloéJ was born to be a professional performer and she excels in all that she does. ChloéJ’s mission as a celebrity will be to share her love of music and be a positive role model to all her fans. Apart from her drive to be a successful recording artist & actress, Chloe also grows in her spirituality. She’s thankful to God for giving her a gift with her voice and she wants to share it with her fans.
